DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders shipped within Australia will receive a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee with the exception of any orders that include any Hats. These orders will incur a $30.00 flat rate shipping fee. This is due to the need to transport the hats in boxes that protect the hat during transit.

Please note: All orders are shipped with sign on delivery. Orders cannot be left at shipping address unless signed for.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

In store stock is shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available.

Items with (Please allow 2 - 4 business days before shipping) & (Please allow 5 - 8 business days before shipping) are items that we order in on receipt of an order.While we do our best to ship within these times Christmas & public holidays may delay the shipping of orders. On receipt of your order if it is any delay in shipping you will be notified by Email If this is unacceptable we will immediately refund your order.
