Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Outbush! Please review our shipping and returns information below.

Standard Shipping
- Flat rate: $20 on all orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $200 (excluding hats).
Hat Shipping
- Due to special packaging requirements, hats ship at a flat rate of $30, regardless of order total.
- Hat shipping fees are not eligible for free shipping. (Caps are excluded from this policy.)
Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
- Free for all orders.
- Orders are ready for collection next business day.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
- Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave. If no safe place is available, parcels will be redirected to the nearest post office.
Orders with multiple items ship together once all items are available.
Items marked with extended lead times (e.g. 2–4 or 5–8 business days) are ordered in upon purchase.
During peak periods (Christmas, public holidays), delays may occur. If delays exceed expected timeframes, you will be notified by email and offered a refund if preferred.

No refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges for size are accepted (subject to availability).
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, contact us at onlineorders@outbush.com.au before returning.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Gift vouchers and store credits are non-refundable, valid for 3 years, and cannot be reissued if lost.
