Shipping Charges and Delivery
We use Express Post Australia Wide Delivery. Postage Time for delivery does vary. We hold most items in stock if they are not made to order. However, there are times when the item must come from the supplier. We will always get products out to you as quickly as possible but sometimes there is a delay due to unforseen circumstances. Our aim is always to provide the best service at the best cost. Please understand that sometimes our suppliers have issues, we will work with them as best as possible to get you a speedy result.
We have many overseas visitors to our physical store. Sadly, we are unable to post outside of Australia at this stage.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, please check your "junk" folder if you have not received an expected email.
Choose your items carefully as you do not have an automatic right to return goods. See our Return Policy below. Check that your shipping details are correct, we accept no responsibility for lost goods under any circumstance.

We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We unfortunately cannot give exchanges, refunds or credits for online purchases except in the case of defective items or an incorrect shipment.
We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us by our email address detailing any issue as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
